if i'm not mistaken, in christianity, you dont have to get your spouse to convert just to get married.. i woulnt convert.. i think its unfair to yourself and disrespectful to any religion to simply convert for the sake of getting married.. how do you just lay down all you beliefs and go another way?? i think its not right.. but then again, there will be a conflict when it comes to choosing your child religion right??

i was thinking the chicken came first... then i read everyones view.. my conclusion.. the egg came first..

it makes sense.. the first living organism was probably a cell, more like an egg than a chicken.. then it evolved maybe about a million times to finally create a chicken.. ..

definitely..

books let you into peoples thoughts whereas movies just leave you with facial expression.. its easy to get lost in a book.. and more often than not, the movies always cut out alot of the story because the book is just too long to be made into one movie.. and movies are (to me) a one of thing.. each time i watch it, its the same.. but whenever i reread a book, i get more out of it than before.. i realise things i miss.. its always an adventure.. and, it give's me idea for essays too.. :)

to those who quoted the bible.. take this into conssideration:

Exodus 31:15, "You may work for six days, but the seventh day is a day of worship, a day when you don't work. It is holy to the LORD. Whoever works on that day must be put to death."

Leviticus 11:7 "and the pig, for though it divides the hoof, thus making a split hoof, it does not chew cud, it is unclean to you."

Does that mean i have to be sentenced to death for working on sunday?? am i a sinner for eating pork??

its was written for those times not the 21st century.. i'm not saying dont listen to what the bible says.. i'm just saying, the bible cant always be taken literally (the exception is the ten commandments)..

an eye for an eye doesnt work anymore..

how are we to become civilized if we stick to primitive laws??

life in prison for sure..

why let them escape so easily by giving them death? isnt it more awful for them to rot in prison living in remorse rather than just dying? besides, its agaisnt the law for citizens to kill people but ok for the government to do it?? thats hypocrisy to the higest level..
