schools tell you constantly to express yourself and be confidante with who you are, so why preach this constantly but be the main reason we cannot be our true self's? the clothing that we attend school in does not have an effect on the learning. if anything it will have a positive result, for example when we are at home we often wear clothes which we are happy in which then allows us to fulfil our activities more efficiently as we are comfy.
