this is a matter of opinion and chemistry. stupid boys are not going to want an intelligent mate. Nor can smart men tolerate stupidity in large doses or a long time. So boys, take a look at what side of the debate your on to see if you are stupid or not.

i would prefer anarchy because it is more interesting and a natural outcome would ensue. Dictatorship would lead to revolution and a change for better would ensue. But it would be really lame for a long time.
