I think no because their should be a privacy.Student itself knows what he or she should put in his or her locker.There is no right of the teacher to check it.Locker itself means lock to others , known to owner.

our leisure time should be used in activities in which which we are interested , which makes our mind happy. Like we can play badminton to fresh up, i love to do reasoning in my leisure time. One can do experiments, write novels which is my fav. hobby. this is the best use of time which you can do in this talented world.
