If you want to talk of immorality, why not talk about the war profiteers? Why not talk of the oil speculators? Why not talk of the tobacco industry?

Prostitution, although unsavory, is as legitimate a service as being a maid, or a plumber. It fulfills a need.

And although I disagree with prostitution..... it is not our place to use our opinions of how "immoral" something is to deem it illegal or banned without legitimate reason.

The American public is generally angry with the republican party. Historical evidence shows that when disaster occurs in the country, the people get angry and chase the party in power out of the white house, no matter which party it is.

The label of "Republican" has become anathema to the younger generation, who haven't been entrenched in party warfare as long. It will still be a very close race, though.

Such eloquent logic and reasoning!

Over 1600 different species of animals have been observed engaging in homosexual acts.

Most of them have been vertebrates. Large numbers of them also include fish, birds, and insects.

In fact, many species of monkeys, which are close to us on the evolutionary scale, have been observed engaging in homosexual acts.

As a non-religious, I disagree with the idea of sin, but regardless, I do not find homosexuality to be socially deviant behavior.

I hold the belief that there are biological reasons for homosexuality, and there are many studies and examples to back this up, from studies that have discovered discrepancies in the brain between homosexuals and their heterosexual counterparts, to studies observing animals engaging homosexual behavior.

With all this support for the idea that homosexuality has biological causes, coupled with how, by way of observing it in animals, I find it ludicrous to condemn it as "a sin," or "unnatural."
