Yes, yes, yes. If I had sexy legs, I'd be able to get a boyfriend. I want a boyfriend, dammit! Give me a boyfriend with sexy legs, too.
Did I forget to mention that I'm a gay fat vet. Or that I'm a man....
(note to "argument grader": do not give this review any points for the "pro" side...)
How many times has the Bible been translated and re-translated? I recall that childhood game where the first person whispers something to the next in line, then that second whispers it to a third, and so on down the line; when the last person reveals the whisper to the first person, is it exactly the same? I'm sure the same thing has occurred with the Bible. And, yes, I capitalize the word Bible when I write, because it is a special book for me, even when it has flaws in translation... As far as "the rules" of the Bible are concerned, why is it really called the OLD testament anyway...
On another note, any limitation of nudity, such as "women only" or "no ugly people" is pure and total discrimination, which shouldn't belong in any society. Nudity for those who choose it for themselves, that is my argument. For those opposed, just do like you do when there is something on television you don't want to see...don't look!
The article doesn't mention if the man was lying on a towel... Nevertheless, "outlaw nudity"? Right...that's what we need, another excuse for politicians to limit the things we citizens are allowed to do. (I am being sarcastic in my own way, so don't comment on it). I'd rather see violence outlawed; if you think it already is, just turn your TV on to any cop drama... "Shame" should not be a part of a person's daily life. Common sense, however, must be... I bet that man in the article remembers to use a towel next time.
I cannot count the number of times I've seen a hairy dog dressed up like a child, panting excessively. They do not have sweat glands, so they do not need clothing to absorb something that doesn't exist! If the animal is hesitant to wear clothing, don't force it; that could be considered a form of animal abuse, which is against the law. I'd rather see a law that gives humans the choice of what to wear, if anything... besides, humans are animals too! Don't think that clothing for animals won't eventually limit what humans will be able to wear, in the future.
How much childhood trauma is involved? Children who have part of their newborn body taken from them must have some effect on them, sooner or later. Let the child have the choice to circumcise when he (or she) is able to make a choice for himself.
I am probably a good person but I haven't taken the time to fill out my profile, so you'll never know! |
