Different countries have different limits, some have none, some of the more nazi countries have it banned altogether... Check out the wikipedia page :

Inform the population of the pros and cons of alcohol, then lower the legal drinking age.

If they choose to abuse, by all means screw'em.

Underage people will continue acquiring and drinking regardless of what the limit is, actually last time I checked they get their kick out of breaking the law.

=> Reducing the limit will help moderate drinkers stay out of trouble with law enforcement and may reduce alcohol abuse with the underage segment :)

This isn't an apology, he did some pretty dumb things with his administration but I can't image Dubya being such a horrible person to hang around with.

I find your argument inadequate, circumstantial and irrelevant, comparing overall homicide rates to "gun related" deaths.

Chicago is 15 on the list because it's sorted alphabetically... :/

BTW, Hawaii's figures rival those of Chicago according to that same list.

Of course the lowest gun related deaths will be in the the states where guns are banned, duh.

DC's highest gun deaths per capita coincidences with the fact that guns are legal there, doesn't mean anywhere guns are legal crime rates will be high.

Plus the DC area has fewer population so the 'per capita' figure will naturally tend to be higher.

Still it does nothing to counter MBurke12's argument.
