It is good to have opinions, but it is wrong when someone's opinion can restrict someone else's basic human right. People should learn to respect people who are different from them, even if it's against their religion.

What about disease? What about pollution? There are many other factors, many we probably couldn't even imagine. 90-95% of all species that have ever lived on earth have died out.

The odds are against us. And what about evolution? In millions of years, if we evolve, would we still be considered human or another creature that has descended from humans? And if we do not evolve, create a space craft to hold human life to protect us from our dying earth and exploding sun, where would we go? We would have to find another planet suitable for life, but not any kind of life, human life.(because we know there are animals that can live in boiling water, ice , extreme pressures etc.) And what are the chances of that? We could be able to make it, we have a very slim chance, OH! but wait. We have nuclear weapons. I don't think we will survive...

we are still evolving, for instance we are inches taller than we were 200 years ago, and largely noticeable changes happen in millions of years.

Oh yes, Music is such a threat. Religion has influenced children, which leads to unruly conduct in many forms, as adults it continues. Murders, violence, drugs, corruption, hatred the list could go on and on. We may even contribute religion in some aspects to world destruction.

Yes that can influence them too, but not all music is like that. Hearing rappers refer to a woman as a "bitch" can influence someone into thinking that is okay and the media can influence someone into thinking that a certain artist strives to create music that causes kids to kill themselves.

And what kind of mental problems would a women have if she was forced into having a child she couldn't afford, she couldn't care for or support?

And what is SO bad about a man paying to help his child? Why is it that instead of a man paying a little extra money to keep HIS child fed, whether he wanted the child or not, he would rather say he doesn't have equal rights because he couldn't force a women to have an abortion?

Ummmm...what about how the bible justified slavery or battery of women? Slave owners and abusive men went to the bible for that...

Helping people is good, do you really need to follow a religion to do so? Religious wars have killed millions of people, how does that show me religion is good? You don't need to be affiliated with any religion to be a good person and "serve" people. The bible gives you great guide lines, but when you take it seriously you loose the whole point.

Why do you have to serve someone? Someone you have no evidence exists. Why should you follow a book that used to justify slavery and battery of women? I'm sure you don't believe in Santa clause but you believe in god. A single man shoving presents down every chimney in the world in one night is crazy right? But one man listening in to millions of peoples mummers is completely plausible.

So you believe in talking snakes. What else have we kept from the medieval times that has a mass influence over millions of people? We used to believe the world was flat, that earth is the center of the universe but now we have scientific evidence to disprove these ideas. The same for religion, we have scientific proof that disproves many ideas of religion. For instance the earth is only about 6000 years old, we have evidence that disproves this, carbon dated fossils from millions of years ago. Many say it just "appears old", the decaying of carbon isn't a look.
