God exists but proves of his existence can not be sought in things which have physical explanation. I would like to seek the role of god in chances. when everything is against you and every odd is going wrong way but finally things happened to be ending in your favor then you need to thank some immeasurable hidden support of supreme energy that is defined by luck, i say it is god. i agree that making prostitution legal is one way to stop this vice but what you ignored is the kind of future we are providing for our daughters. women who fell in such a trap, who started prostituting due to any reason find it easier but those who were forced to do by rape or drugging can fight for their rights in court, but legalising you know then civil suits will become joke and we would be hearing in court like "your honor, it was no rape but a fair transaction where after dissatisfaction from the money which she had been promised to pay she filed a rape case on my client" and you know there comes the real embarrassment on women rights.

I most of the time agree to this but Ponzi Scheme is not something which can be easily detected. As you know how many years it took SEC to find out about madoff. When SEC can take so long how can people, normal people can detect it. Besides that in this scheme few investors are given handsome rewards by the schemer who says that they are from profits earned but actually it is not. So where did the money come from? The investors who got attracted by listening to the former investors about the rewards and thought that they would get the same but the schemer is now taking the money of many investors to distribute to the selected investors who will market his fund. The Scheme is organised in such a way that each investor would get not regular small benefits but one time say in year or 5 years a handsome award which is less than all that accumulated benefits but this one time big number makes people blind and like this he continues his fund. The better the schemer the longer he can continue but since all account are nil so it is destined to be found at one time or other. But those who trusted madoff where not blind behind money but wanted to buy a new car or home or a new bike for his son or something which is very common to desire but the evil/madoff played with their emotions and ultimately killing all their aspirations. Aspiring for earning money to increase you livelihood is not at all bad and it was all simple and same investing. What Madoff did was unethical and since the victims are found pitiful that's why he is being punished otherwise why would court punish him unless he hurts the emotional sentiments of market or in other words people.
