I don't think it's really a matter of of they should or shouldn't, it's their body, if they love it and feel confident in themselves why not, as long as it's in an appropriate place. I don't understand why women have to be skinny to wear certain clothes???
Water is not wet, it makes things wet. When it's raining do you say that the puddles are wet? No, the sidewalk is. When you're in a pool are you wet? No but when you get out of the pool you are. Water in itself is not wet, it makes things wet. Just like fire isn't burnt, it makes things burnt.
