I think we all deserve to have technology because it is the newest thing and we all want it and we CAN have it so why not.

Of course, it has pros and cons like a con is we spend a lot of time using our devices not just our phones but laptops, tablets, phones, Xboxes and TV's we harvest so much time on it that we start "disconnecting" with our family or friends by watching shows or watching other people do things.

However, it is a very good tool that can benefit ALL of us for good IF we use it properly like what it is meant to like calls, emails, communication in any way not for watching shows on our phones or checking social media that is why other devices exist like TV's for shows or movies or documentaries, tablets on our home for social media and playing games, phones for communication, laptops for business or school and video game consoles for spending a good time wisely with our friends when we have nothing to do then we play Xbox, if we actually used technology that way properly and not so much time on it then we can use it for the good. Recent studies show that using technology is unhealthy it is true; Because we have been using it a lot and unproperly and the bad thing is that we prefer doing that rather than going out with friends or doing exercise that is when it gets unhealthy because it gets on our head and we just can't stop thinking on that.

That is why it is unhealthy.
