i personally pick my friends. my father and mother were abusive and neglectful. they only showed love if i did things right and if i didnt i uld get silent treatment, beaten up, an argument or a shitty motivational speech saying im not trying.

it depends some students might be playing minecraft or some shit while an important topic is being taught if we allow it 100% of the time. so yes it should be allowed but there must be a limit like break time and topics that need research or they could ask the teacher if they could too .
