I'll give you my view on the topic. Someone's biological gender is a fact but that doesn't stop them from resembling the other sex or neither sex on a neurological or hormonal level. If they deny their biological gender then yes, they are just wrong but if being wrong was illegal all christians would be screwed, so what do you have to complain about?
