I think they don't need to put all blames to few businesses. They maybe junk food, but imagine how many employee working there in the factory not including those who promote and markets through several medium of advertising. This is how they market, if they don't have any advertisement, come to think of it, those employee might don't have jobs, might the economy is low because no manufacturer is paying taxes. They don't need to ban, the advertisement are not the one responsible for every kids because of the junk food advertisement. It is a sole responsibility of a guardian or parents whether their kids can adapt to what is being advertised. Businesses and other name compan will surely disagree on this matter.

So annoying, even if you don't they pop up their own, just to promote certain advertising. They are using script for those certain ads. Use pop blocker instead.

It is how every product promote their own advertising strategy. Now micro blogging also do several options to market every business and company, which I think it is also worth.
