You mentioned how social media makes teens feel like if they are involved and I think its really good that you brought that up because in some sites I found that when kids get detached from their phone they actually feel like if they are missing out and if like a lot of things are happening in the world and they dint even know about it. I saw HP you mentioned that cellphones were banned form schools and in regards of that I think that I wouldn't do that because cellphones are good for communication with parents after school and stuff like that. Overall I agree with you and I also think that the causes of social media are very mixed up.

I totally agree with you because I think that social media has both positive and negative affects. I like how you mentioned that its good for engaging in classrooms because I would have though that devices actually would distract students in the class but you borough up a really good point as you mentioned how it can engage them in learning. I also agree with the negatives because I think that sometimes people are better communicating online than offline. Overall I think that you borough up really good points and I really liked your argument.

I think that social media can both affect you for the negative or for the positive however, I think its more the negative than the positive. This is because social media allegedly reports teens to have greater amounts of stress and develop things like eating disorders and depression. This is because when they are on social media they block the real outside world and they start comparing themselves. Not only that but when you are using social Media at he areas of your brain that are destined for empathy are turned off so you have harder times destining whats wrong and whats right. However, feelings about social media are mixed as some researchers say that it allows people to feel like if they are included or connected and like if they know whats happening therefore they are part of the group. At the end I think that social media affects are mixed and its up to the person who is using it and his/her health and past things that have happened to them because at the end, everyone handles things differently.

I agree with you and I think that it is very important that you brought up how he did it for Pony because if you think about it Johnny was willing to get a huge punishment from the police, basically risking his life all for Pony and that shows how his intentions were good and if he had another alternative he probably would have because he kept saying "i killed him", "i killed that boy" in disbelief of his actions meaning that although killing should never be the answer it was the only one that he could result to.

I think that Johnny was justified. It is understandable that fighting and violence is never the option for anything but they did not start the violence, they were confronted by it and he did what he could do best at that time. It is also clear that Johnny did not want to do it because towards the book he kept repeating his guilt and how he has to live with it the rest of his life. I think that it is safe to say that Johnny would have never killed anybody if they hadn't continuously be mean to them and jump them however, it was too much and it had gone to far so Johnny had to finally take a stand. Remember, if you keep on poking the bear it will eventually attack. At the end of the day he did it to protect a friend whom is like a family member and if your family member was dying wouldn't you do anything to protect him/her?
