If you consider these eleven people on a physical basis, they are equal and because of that they have the same rights. So people, whatever their intellectual capacities are, all matters the same way. But then, if whoever of these 11 people do something remarquable (invent something, defend a cause...), his work then will be more important wherever he is the genius or an ordinary person!
I do however agree with the fact that genius are more likely to achieve great things so they have to be well encouraged, but anybody can turn out to be a "genius" therefore everybody are equally important and only have to be encouraged and supported to do their best whatever it is.
I totally disagree with that, a murder on whoever it has been done has to be punished the same way. How would a place where crimes' punishments would depend on the category of person on who it was done would evolve ?! A society can't rank its people on their intellect, it is as unfair as ranking them on their race or skin color!
