no it does not have any potential to lead the world as due to education problem.
Most of the people nearly 39% of people are illiterate they dont know what is write or wrong as they dont know the reasons behind them what the other people says they accept it bcoz the other people are educated for them but not properly from our point of view .
that's why the election occours in india are not wise , the polititions make the people greedy, they gives all the facilities at the time of election by which illeterate people trust on them and they vote them.but after that the people cant able to see their faces . after the election of government not even one time they come to that area.
the indian government gave money to the poor people by which they can able to provide all the facilities to their children,to make them study,to make them a good citizen of india .But the politition make the money for themselves they want to fullfill their needs first then some others.
then how can you say that india can lead the world as the workers like politition can not able to lead their state or any area only.

can they lead the world
