Billions of years is not one day. Look at viruses, they behave like living things but are not yet complex enough to be living. That may change someday.

You are speaking of communism not socialism. You are assuming a perfect Capitalistic Society so to fit the argument to your own examples we must look at a perfect socialist society as well.

Unfortunately we live in a society where people abuse rights and therefore the must be limited, or regulated, to protect the rights of the majority of people. If we were allowed to defend ourselves without any limit I could shoot a person for walking my way at night without any legal recourse. I could use this unlimited power to commit crimes without any legal way for the victims to seek recourse. Let’s flip this argument on its head without regulations and law controlling how and why we can defend ourselves and when I could conceivably break into your house and kill you because I thought you would attack me for being in your home without permission.

I would just like to hear evidence that explains why a baby fetus is more important than a cow or an insect. We kill these things by the Billions every year. That's Billions with a 'B' where is the evidence that suggests we are more important than any other living thing. The sanctity of life seems to only be limited to humans and I don't know why.

So what you’re saying is most murder is wrong. Where is the line? What if the mother consistently gets pregnant knowing that she will get an abortion? At what point does the mother become willfully negligent?

Until there is a fool proof form of contraception this argument is moot. There is no way to truthfully prove what pregnancies are caused by carelessness and there for we cannot know if that number is substantial enough to have any sway in this argument.

The real problem is that most people who support pro-life agendas fight against contraception as well as sex education.

No we should just disallow religious work in the prison to effect parole decisions.
