All students should be allowed the freedoms of expression and creativity. Students also deserve the right to be an individual and make their own decisions. Without the freedom to express themselves, students can not reach their full potential. Creativity is an important quality in a successful person. They are all individuals and are not able to express ourselves as such with a dress code. There should however, be teachers that decide whether clothing is appropriate, but other than that, students should wear whatever they want.
The world ending in 2012 is about as realistic as getting struck by lightening, bitten by a shark, being hit by a car, and riding across a rainbow on a unicorn all on one day. All the Mayans said was that they saw big black birds in the future, not that a big plane would crash into the twin towers. They haven't actually predicted anything unlike what some of you people are saying.
