no you do not need all five senses. There are people who are blind and happy, there are people who cant hear and are happy with sign language. There are also people who cant speak and yet are still happy. An example of someone who is happy and is both blind & deaf is given in the link below.

I believe that the one who still chooses evil is more evil because well, they know that they are doing something wrong. In the Bible (I cant quiet remember the actual script) it implies that people who know what their sin is will be weighed heavier on judgement day.
