Everyone shows their emotions in different ways and so some may not think he is patriotic but he can still be patriotic. It is better for some one to have an objective view and not be tied dow by excessive loyalties I my self do not pledge allegiance to any country. The answer is obvious since it is a health issue and a crime. We quarantine them and rehabilitate them. It involves punishment so they hopefully don't relapse but also real rehabilitation as if it were a medical condition.
