Agreed. It is not a unitary government, it is a federal system.
The Constitution is what the country NEEDS!!! A stronger federal government can fix what the Articles of Confederation messed up( no navy, no army, etc.)
The Constitution should be ratified. The Articles of Confederation failed miserably, with no army, no navy, no power to tax, etc. The Constitution supports a strong central government, which is what the country needs!!! A strong government can fix the problems caused by the Articles.
Totally support you 100%. Loved the way you explained each history class as an example. Well said!!!
I agree. The government should not have a say in regulating what students should be educated on, especially with things like race. Well said!
Would you agree that race is a touchy or sensitive subject? Most would say yes. This could be because race is not talked about enough. Race should be talked about more, especially in school. Both the good and the bad should be talked about. Everyone needs to know the mistakes that were made so that everyone can know what was wrong with America back then. For example, slavery. Slavery needs to be talked about so that everyone can see how horrible it was and so that those decisions and choices can never resurface.
I am probably a good person but I haven't taken the time to fill out my profile, so you'll never know! |
