Yes, Jhonny was justified because he did it as self-defense. If he had not done it maybe pony boy would be dead, he was just protecting his brother and himself because they were beating him up. The socs also had a weapon, they had a blade and they have hurt pony boy before with the blade, they left him a scar on the neck. When Jhonny saw that pony boy was going to die, he took care of the problem and he ended up killing Bob but he had saved his brother.
