I do agree that organized religion has done more harm than good.

However, it isn't the actual religions that cause it. It's the people who claim they follow a certain religion and yet they do bad things that the religion itself does not teach.

In one way or another, all religions, whether Christianity, Islam or Hinduism (whatever it may be), they all teach peace and other ethical teachings. No one religion tells people to kill one another, or whatever it may be.

If you take a look at this site, on the bottom, you can look through each religion, and it shows you how each of them has peaceful teachings.

I'm talking especially about Islam, which nowadays people feel is a dangerous and disastrous religion after 9/11. True Muslims don't bomb one another. It is those who feel, in the name of their religion, should destroy others, particularly the West. In fact, the word "Islam" is derived from an Arabic word meaning "Peace."

No, it is not bad to lust for a man or woman because, simply put, it is human nature. It is perfectly normal for an individual to be attracted to someone physically and express them in a passionate manner. That physical attraction without emotional attachment is what makes this lust and not love. However, I feel it's only acceptable if the individual isn't committed to someone else, because that would make it cheating, which is a whole different story.

Abortion shouldn't be an option.

It's just plain wrong.

Killing a possible life is absolutely ridiculous.

To all of those who are pro-choice, look around to all the people around you, who you love and cherish. What if one of their mothers had an abortion? They wouldn't be there.

I don't think people truly look into what an abortion really is. Yes, it's a choice someone should have. There should be freedom of choice, Democracy, etc etc.

But if you think about it, the parents have already had that freedom, in the fact that they engaged in sexual activity, which they obviously misused if it results in an unwanted pregnancy. I'm not saying it's a wrong thing to engage in sexual activity before marriage or anything. It's absolutely natural. But either you've gotta be careful with contraception or just practice abstinence if you really don't want children. It's pretty ridiculous to punish another life for YOUR mistake.

This situation is very similar to any other criminal action. Let's take for example, a bank robber, taking something from a nearby bank. They have had just as many rights as anyone around them had, but they decide to misuse it, without thinking twice. What are they punished with? A sentence to jail. You play around with the law, and there are and will be consequences that you just can't avoid, and NOBODY else can take the blame for you, and nobody shouldn't.
