Do you think that Japan willy nilly bombed America for no reason? things happen for a reason. Well before the bombing, the United States cut off Japans oil supply. My comment is an opinion backed up with firm evidence from teh interwebs. I agree with you that the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombing was a key for winning the war, but United States were inhumain in killing so many innocent people. Those 500, 000 people saved by the A-Bomb would easily have been saved if America didn't cut off their oil
I believe that the attacks were an important step to the success to the war but the killing of innocent people is hypocritical. America declared the war because of the bombing of Pearl Harbour resulted in the death of 2,390 people and the atomic bomb drop on japan caused 70,000 deaths in the first second.
