Oh I'm 50% agree with you that our brain needs to relax after a hard working day. But you know, I think leisure time doesn't mean the time that we just relax and do nothing. To me, it's the time for us to do the thing we want. Whereas you enjoy yourself with doing parkour , I find quite relaxing while reading and playing sudoku. These are obviously the activities that improve our mind during we're resting. Even when you encounter a difficult math problem but then you can solve it successfully, it will give you an amazing and relaxing feeling!
So for me it's our feeling when we do that thing, not what we are doing that 's the matter.
Nowadays, obviously, every student needs to master a foreign language, and they can only do this by learning and having a passion for learning it. But the thing is that each student has their own passion in a particular language. So in order to explore in which language they are interested, they have to study more than 1 foreign language. And only by this can they find out and improve their passion as well as their talents in that foreign language.
