If a person commited a crime of so much destruction, then I think it's fine to take their life. That's the ultimate punishment. Leave it up to God to decide what will happen to him.

Goku would win. yes, superman is insanely strong, even stronger than base form goku, but i doubt that he'd be stronger than super saiyan one goku. in my opinion, he'd only be a challenge for super saiyan 2 goku, super saiyan 3 would demolish him. not to mention that goku has instant-transmission, a technique that allows him to teleport in a matter of milliseconds, be it from one end of the universe to the other or appear behind superman's back and ki-blast him.
