I think pizza's healthy ONLY if you put a lot of vegetables on it and take out any meat like bacon or pepperoni. Generally, hotdogs are unhealthier than pizza because of the lack of nutrition on it. Hotdog's that have vegetables on it can be healthier than certain kinds of pizza.
