It shouldn't be exactly at the age of 18 . Some younger adults drive better than the ones older than them ! . So I don't think it has to be at the age of 18

But also having a license before the age of 18 may increase the chances of having car accidents since A.they wouldn't be adults and B. I don't think they'd be even aware of their mistakes
