No, in 99.999&#xof; the time there are other options, states still allow the death penalty because its not cheap to keep people in jail. Unless you are extremly mentally unstable and are not able to recive treatment and you are still a risk for the public, crimminal should be kept alive.
You guys are saying its bad just because you don't like it. Honestly if your going to let you oppinion block your better judgement that is just stupid. Much of it you won't use in your specific job, but many people don't know what that is and school not only gives you options but it even provides you with chances.
