The winners are those who are strong enough to last. I'm mostly a quitter.

This is an inspirational saying. Some people stop going very close to the finish line, and thus they don't win. It comes down to perseverence and patience, and the winners are those who are.

We fear the unknown, and this fear must be lost for us to live creative lives and progress.

It seems that the US government would have us think so, them building spaceships and all. However, together with inconclusive evidence of life, people are chasing dreams when they believe in extraterrestrials. Millions of dollars are spent on space exploration when there are better uses for it at home. How many people are homeless and dying? We need to wake up to the reality around us. Sometimes we chase big dreams and forget the important stuff.

Homosexuals will never beable to procreate. They need men, whether they like it or not. They shouldn't reproduce because this causes problems for the child and the child will blame them in the long run. A child should beable to gain insight from both sexes and this is what makes a strong family, together with it being highly moral.

The system created in our modern world, in which we are surrounded by institutions, really does work us into the ground. My family is testament to that. This restricts us greatly so that we don't have time to enrich ourselves or have time to think life through. It's one rush to the next and we lose ouselves on the way. That's what the people on top want though: Obedient workers.

Recently, the conflict in Palestine is regarded as apartheid. I recommend the documentaries "Jerusalem:East side story" and "Roadmap to Apartheid" to emphasise my points. The arguments to the left are not well-researched and are results of propaganda. The UN have found Israel guilty of human rights violations, ethnic cleansing.etc.Palestinians have suffered for over 50 years with military occupation.Israel is heard but not their voices. Currently, settlements are being built on stolen land of Palestinians. They are the victims of a war the Israeli government started and the hatred and exclusion of them is wrong by the greatest standards. There are countless issues, facts and agendas of the Israeli government which are wrong and which the media wishes to conceal. Open up your eyes and research it for yourself. The truth is all there, the facts do not lie as much as some would like to deny it.

The fact that the ark was created is a miracle in itself and so should the survival of the animals be considered. Ever heard of shipping animals? Watch Madagascar...It is said the ark had various compartments and the flood could not have lasted long. According to the religious texts, Noah did everything congruently under inspiration.

Creating all this expectation, results in disappointment and inconvenience.

Birthdays are, in my opinion, overrated. It's blowing your own horn and it creates such anxiety and anticipation, especially for young kids. Since we are everyday getting closer to our death, we should spend everyday profitably. In the past, birthdays were not celebrated to this extent today. We watch too many movies and are just in love with the fantasies they cut out for us.

These are called facts . . . (50 characters???!!!!) Absolute truths are the undistorted facts and statistics in life. Absolute truths exist because these are things that we rely on in life to try and make sense of other things which confuse us. They are the constants.

It certainly seems immoral.I have smacked a child for disrespectfulness and only ended up feeling disrespectful myself. It cannot be moral to hit a being so helpless, knowing that the event will traumatise them. A child is quite innocent and in order for adults to make them respectful, they must show and teach respect, I've realised.

America has pre-dominantly Christian leaders, but there are over 6 million Jews in America alone...

There are various ways and levels of severity in which one can interpret:"emotionally breaking a person." Depending on how severe it is, such as harassment, hate speech.etc, a suitable punishment is given. However, emotional issues are dealt with differently than physical crimes because they can be resolved.eg.through forgiveness. Certain physical crimes cannot be healed with time. Even if it were a crime to "emotionally break" a person, most of the population would be guilty. The court would not have a clear criteria anyway. Emotionally breaking a person is criminal in all our minds, but making it a crime in a court of law leaves room for error.

From the viewpoint of the poor, which I share, expensive clothes are unnecessary. How would you feel if you had scarcely anything to eat, and there are people around you, who can help you, but who are rather spending their money on expensive clothes? However, decent and beautiful clothes can be bought at affordable prices, supporting local markets.
