I think that theory is essential thing in studying and furthermore in practice. The most profitable feature of theory is that it can be taught to students by many sources, many CREDIBLE sources that were checked properly before. Practice on the other side is gained by people throughout the long period of time, through own experience of person. Not all people can obtain real good knowledge by themselves (I mean without support). So I want to say that knowledge is thing that we receive not invent.

They give him something and he must return them something too. I don't mean only salary, it must be bigger and deeper, it must be really HELP.
