Parents have the right to refuse to vaccinate their children but not without being informed of the consequences that could result from their decision. Doctors should get in writing that the parents refuses to vaccinate this way the doctor is not held liable and the parent becomes liable in the instance that their child infects one or more children. Protection under religion, culture, nationality, and any other excuse should not be taken into account for the safety, welfare and health of a child. Schools should enforce the rules that no child can attend school that is not vaccinated because it creates a serious health hazards to the non-vaccinated child and the other children around them.

Children between the ages of 13 and 17 should be allowed to join Facebook under the condition the account is created under the Parent who is over 18. By doing this the account is controlled by the parent and the parent becomes responsible for any illicit or activity that is created under the child's account. By holding the parent accountable they run the risk of losing their account on top of getting flagged for future accounts.
