I don't think women are necessarily superior to men, i just think that you might have a strength while some of the men in your class could have seen the job as a weakness. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses but that doesn't make either gender superior.

I agree with your points. I like the statistics because i was unaware about a few of the facts. Women and men are equal in many ways and the difference in the workforce is starting to show that. I like that you agree about the equality between men and women.

I think women are equal to men for many reasons. Women are capable of caring for their families, being motivated to complete tasks, and taking control. Women used to cook, clean, take care of children, arrange family events, shop for everything the family needs, and make their husbands happy. While women have shown to be capable of doing dozens of tasks per day, a man's job was only to go to work and provide financial means for the family. Women are very determined to provide a happy and living home so what better way than to go to work and help their husband provide for their family? There are tons of jobs that can schedule flexible hours so a mother could be home by the time her children get out of school. A man could do the same in order to come home and prepare dinner and clean the house a little bit. Women and men are both equally able to do the same things. All it takes is motivation. For a man to say a woman shouldn't be a mechanic is like a white woman saying the Hispanic lady interviewing for the same job doesn't deserve it because of her ethnicity.
