I think vigilantism is needed because the cops aren't willing to do what they need to for specific crime but I'm not hating on the cops it is just seeming that they aren't realizing that vigilantism is was keeping cops lower and there offended in the way that they don't think they are legal. Vigilantes are all the same.Would you arrest the arrow, probably, but most people would not arrest a women who dresses up in a costume and helps with the homeless people cause.But you arrest a man who punches a few men in the face with guns pointed at him and he is in a costume.
