yes and no i thinnk soome maybe not muture but i came up with an ideae if that person has any sort of crimanal record than the cant get ther licene the have to wait tillll 18 but if they drink or anything will driving they cant get it till 21 what do u think so really my vote goes to yes i should get my licence next year yerrrboii
