Did Nom plagiarize this?

He claims to have personally written this, but the only place on the internet it exists other than CD was a place he accused ME of posting it on in an act of plagiarism. The article was clearly written for the internet, as it is full of links rather than citations, yet the only place it can be found on the internet was a place Nom claims to have not posted it on. The logical conclusion is that he copied it, then later claimed it was his own work when I asked him, making him the plagiarist.
The other possibility is that his original posting of it was deleted prior to me searching it, but let's be real. Nom accused me of being a plagiarist, and based on his track record of accusing others of being what he himself is, that increases the chances by at least 99% that he is a plagiarist. The article doesn't look like it was written by him, it isn't puffed up enough with unnecessary pseudo-intellectual vocabulary.
