How would it be more or less relevant in today's world than in the past? I'm always curious when people start throwing around "today" as if it is so different. Did you add that as a matter of habit, or do you honestly believe there is something so fundamentally different about the human species today compared to whatever time period you have in mind in opposition?

In the present world his philosophy is not effective in the violent world, but Gandhi provided hope. Perhaps one day there can be perfect peace but it will be an uphill battle.
