While the world will increase coordination, and the people will get sick of innocent people dying, there will always be fringe elements that will turn to violence for the sake of their cause. In fact, terrorism will increase, for rational violence as in the old days of war and revolution is on the decline. State power is too great, and only terrorism has a chance to inflict damage and change regimes. Too bad.

As long as there are different religions in the world, there will never be an end to terrorism, now personally I don't have a religion, so I'm not trying to convert you or anything, but it's true. The basis of terrorism is dislike towards others so much that you feel you have to take action against them, what makes it terrorism though is the fact that usually it is extremists that carry out these actions. The majority of the time, this level of hatred is only caused by clashing beliefs, which is the same as clashing religions. The terrorists who carry out these acts are always extremely religious, and therefore believe that any others who believe otherwise should be killed, or 'cleansed' as it is often put. So basically, I could say that as long as there is conflict in the world (you can't please everyone after all), there will be no end to terrorism, but as religion is the biggest cause of conflict in the world, there will always be terrorism as long as there are different religions.

As long as we live in this system of things there will never be peace or an end to terrorism. The 2 main reasons are:

1. There will always be muslim extremist that will hate the U.S for representing, in their minds, a free, liberal, immoral nation.

2. As long as the U.S stay unwelcomed in the middle east and as long as they try to spread democracy the end of terrorism will not end.

Side: No, there is too much injustic

As long as the United States and its allies have interventionist polices indicating that it is democracy building country, terrorism will exist because people hate being told how to live.

Why are there those terrorists that there are? Why do they target only those specifications to such a killer extent? There is no smoke without fire. First a party walks in, states to have good intentions and tries to change or modify things that are unaccepted. And then, claims to have spotted an endangered issue over which a violent action must be taken. The action is taken and one man of that group survives asking for vengeance. This vengeance is taken, kills another hundred men, does not feel satisfied and seeks ahead for more revenge. N now this party calls him or her a terrorist, puts in the right foot and everyone either forgets of the wrong done to the terrorists or are never known. And this cycle continues...

We expect an end? There can't be one until the root is sought!
