Your createdebate Handle.

Why did you choose the name you chose to be on createdebate? Is it the same that you use on other sites? If you wouldn't mind giving examples please do, and if it's because of another site, what ultimately made you call yourself that, from the start?

I like phrases that have contradictory elements. Sometimes known as oxymora except I’m not sure if the phrase has to be a part of someone’s common vernacular for it to apply.

I chose Coldfire specifically to allude to an attitude I used to have which I used to be proud of but now somewhat embarrassed of. Cold was intended to refer to my often times heartless point of view in regard to people’s emotions, and Fire was intended to refer to my “truth hurts” way of pointing things out to people. I had an insincere way of being polite; I was often sarcastic to the point of condescendingly mocking people. I still disregard appeals to emotion and I see evidence of my old self time and again despite trying to be a better person.

Other tags or handles that I've had:

When I was in middle school my older brother’s class mates took to calling me Little Stone, being that I was the youngest person they knew of to smoke pot.

When I was a bit older, I was known in school as Gandhi. My class learned about Mahatma Gandhi around the time where it is customary for schools in that district to wear togas (Town of Greece; schools all have Greek sounding names). Someone mentioned that not only did I look like Gandhi but acted like him too. I was notorious for rebelling against things in a polite, non-threatening way with often times good reason for my protest… much to my teachers chagrin when others would follow suit. My grandfather is Italian, I have dark skin and when I was in high school I was scrawny and had a dark wiry mustache… looking back I can see the resemblance; wearing a toga was the icing on the cake.

My online handles started on AOL with the screen name Macabre, which I chose in reference to my affinity to dark artwork and writing. Some examples from that time that I can remember are H.R. Giger and H.P. Lovecraft. Macabre eventually led to Jester Macabre, a fictional character I often wrote about or drew.

I started a blog during that time under the handle UnknownProdigy where I wrote in journal about my thoughts on various things and experiences in life.

From there I started gaming quite a bit and chose several different handles. Some that I use more frequently than others are Dusk, Ravenmoor, and Solstian (soulschin).

About a year ago I created a blog where I intended to write about my thoughts and possibly some fictional short stories and creepy pasta. I chose the name “realistic idealist”… another oxymoron type of phrase. The blog got pushed to the back burner and forgot about until recently when someone mentioned their own blog to me.

I enjoy looking at paradoxes. They are an interest to me. I chose the number 44 because that's my favorite number. It was also my win streak in ping pong with my friends. In which the following days I lost almost every match.

Mine isn't that special. I don't rememeber how i stumbled onto createdebate but I decided to join, and when it asked me come up with a name, I was looking at a pack of uno cards on my window sill, and chose "drawFour" not because it's the best card (even thought it actually is) but literally just because it's the first card to pop into mind, and I cared very little, since I didn't think I'd be here long.

I have other handles on sites like reddit and imgur, but for I can't say those names because I lead a secretive NSFW life there.

Because-

It's my last name, but its a slightly weird one so people wouldn't expect it to be, and i also like the rain forest. It also happens to be all my other forum names.

It just popped into my head. It was suppose to be longer, but the name hole couldn't take it....

I was just trying to think of a silly username. I decided that I would use "Stickers" for making new accounts on new websites a little over a year ago. It is my tagpro username, which is loosely connected to my other online accounts.

DrawFour, you should have divided your private account with a SFW one :)

'Thousand' or 'thousandinone' has been a commonly used handle for me on various forums and games since the late 90s. I don't even recall exactly why I started it, I think it started as an in joke because of AIM- 10 character limit for names at the time meant there were a lot of people with the same 6-8 character name followed by different numbers, and the joke was about how everyone had numbers anyway I think.

Hmm... I started my username as Idiotbox914 on a video game that I use to play. Since then I have just always used it as a username. Unfortunately, I misspelled it when joining this site and it came out as Idiotobx914.

As for why my username is Idiotbox914, it is a reference to Spongebob.

I literally never noticed it was misspelled. That's hilarious, and thinking of it now, it kind of adds to the authenticity.

Mine is pretty obvious... it was originally Hellnobho which I came up with during the run up to the 08 presidential election.... I now use it on multiple sites but originally it was just on Sodahead.com (until I got banned for life from that site partly because of Sitara reporting me, thanks Dana).

Srom is something that is personal about myself which I can't mention. I used it whenever I signed up for a website. I also used it for the first time when I went on Roblox.

I love it! Basically you're answering this debate by saying I'm not going to answer this debate... Just like your non-answer to the "If you HAD to pick another religion what would it be" debate. You're consistent if nothing else. Praise Jesus!

Srom is apart of something personal about myself. I'm not going to share it with the internet because if I do then you can or someone else can hunt me down and I don't want someone to do that. You wouldn't share something personal on the internet now, would you? If something personal to myself, I'm not sharing it. I answered it as much as I could.
