No. There are some people falsely accused of being a pedophile, it ruins their life and the liar gets away with it. Unless there is 100% no question of a doubt that the person did it, they shouldn't get put to death. And even then there needs to be stipulations. An 18 year old dating a 16 year old shouldn't be labeled as a sexual predator or pedophile if it is mutual. But an much older person raping a baby should be treated differently and removed from society permanently.

In some ways they are similar. Cults tend to be smaller, less practicing people. So perhaps a cult is the first path to religion? I wonder if Christianity was considered a cult when it just started off and at what point it morphed into a religion.
