Disadvantage:Due to tourism, there may be overcrowding, congestion on roads and places and traffic jams, which would be a big hassle for people to carry out their work. For instance, when tourists visit the 'Eiffel Tower', there may be blockades and barricades by the local police or by the tourists organisation to prevent overcrowding so that they can tour the places without any problems. Unfortunately, this might be a big hassle for locals and residents as more time is wasted so they take a longer time to carry out their work. Drivers may also have to take a different route to reach their destination, which is a waste of fuel, energy and time. Hence, tourism is a big problem as it causes overcrowding, congestion on roads, places and traffic jams.
