honestly, i've thought about it a million times. even when i'm not upset with someone, i do it partly to test my criminal knowledge and partly to see if i'd have the balls to do it- i never do. i also imagine what people will look like when they die, and i laugh at tragic deaths and horror scenes, its weird but im just kinda dark that way.
The driving age shouldn't be increased, but the requirements and tests should definately be more difficult. By difficult I mean that the process should require more time between the permit and license, in Maryland it takes about 1 1/2-2 years atleast to get your license, especially if you are underage. A graduated system would definately be an improvement to the majority of the systems now.
extremely bad idea. you do remember that chilren grow up to be adults, and as we all know if you're raised by a pair of jackasses and live in a community of jackasses the likelyhood of you NOT being a jackass is very slim, but if you add on the option of your parents being able to custom make you, you're pretty much a jackass with athletic ability or supersmarts. there's also the appearance thing: noboday like ugly, and if something goes wrong you cant blame genetics this time, even though the possibility of people being less ugly might increase. that still doesnt change the fact that everyone sees children as things that can be manipulated and should be seen and not heard-they're not animals. most of our most promising and intelligent beings are children- if you go around changing stuff just so its easier on you, yet again, we'll have a bunch of degenerate uglies stalking around.
The issue of hatred of people because of skin colour and culture is solely a learned 'trait', no child has ever automatically hated a person, group, or entire nation because it was engrained in their DNA, if they show any sign of hatred it is because they see it modeled before them and think it is natural

copper is not really a valuable resource, besides the existence of pennies means that we have lower tax rates in the long run, and pennies add up and stuff. you could also make things out of them, like little penny men. and MOST IMPORTANTLY: what would the nation do with all their penny-loafers if they dont have pennies to put in the little pocket?- so yeah
science has proven that people who have some belief in a diety or higher being live longer, healthier lives, and are more likely to survive a tradgedy (such as an unexpected death, or fatal disease). The study cant tell if in the end what the person believes is actually true, but that doesn't apply in this case; just the simple belief that there is more to life than living and dying is enough to make a life more enjoyable.
