do you even know why psychedelics are illegal? long story short: they make you think, the preconceived notion of drugs is that they make you a dimwitted idiot, who will never amount to anything in life this is the biggest lie in history, on psychedelics you can think just like you normally do, but the only thing that happens (besides visual effects) is an expansion of consciousness and awareness. its all about self control and having the right mindset if you abuse drugs they will abuse you Side: HANG EM HIGH
Maybe you should read about what psychedelic drugs do to the brain. A man in Africa murdered heaps of children in a school with a Katana. They found he was under the influence of drugs. So much similar cases of people losing control under the influence of drugs is enough for it to be illegal. You've seemed to misunderstood what drugs really do. Why dress it up with all that 'expanded consciousness' crap. The chemicals in the drugs enter the brain. Now there are already chemicals in the brain that make you feel emotion and sense things, but the chemicals in drugs mess that up and make you hear/feel/see things. But take to mind that none of these things are real. They are but chemical reactions. They make a human being vunerable, out of control and generally sloppy. I don't see how a man lumbering around in his hippy den can help the world with his 'expanded consciousness'. Side: HANG EM HIGH

Drugs caused it. It made him murder children. I don't see how that's expanded consciousness. It's just natural chemical compounds; no different to how certain species of plants produce poison. It's just that these chemical compounds fuddle up the brain. Since this is capable of creating anti-social, destructive behaviour, drugs are banned for a righteous reason. What would you rather? Having the chance of similar cases like the African guy occurring again, or getting high with this 'expanded consciousness' crap. It's selfish, really. Side: HANG EM HIGH

ok obviously he was on a drug that was a true hallucinogen psychedelics are under the classification of hallucinoegens, but they dont produce "true" hallucinations, they only produce perceptual distortion. Deliriants, however, produce true hallucinations, i.e. seeing and interacting with things that are so real yet dont exist. my opinion is that this man was on deliriants when he slaughtered these people And no, its not "selfish" how is it selfish to indulge in soething you are comfortable doing? This man was obviously not comfortable with what he was taking and gave in to his "inner demons" Side: HANG EM HIGH
ok obviously he was on a drug that was a true hallucinogen psychedelics are under the classification of hallucinoegens, but they dont produce "true" hallucinations, they only produce perceptual distortion. Don't think I don't know this. I've read about it a while back. But I don't want you to misinterpret these things as something magical, when it clearly isn't. It is an illusion, a deception of reality. It makes things blur away from what they really are. Seeing the room you are in distort and warp itself is not an expansion of consciousness; it is your sight being impeded. Just as much as seeing a random magical rainbow cat ordering you to kill 70 people. And no, its not "selfish" how is it selfish to indulge in soething you are comfortable doing? This man was obviously not comfortable with what he was taking and gave in to his "inner demons" It's selfish to indulge in things of "want", not "necessity" at the expense of possibly taking lives or causing havoc in society. Promoting the use of these drugs also promotes other people to use it, and since no one is like you in their resistance to drugs, people will start getting problems from it, causing them to place harm on themselves or on other people. I do hope your use of the term "inner demons" is not of superficial intent, because people do have different brains, causing them to react in different ways from a drug. Side: HANG EM HIGH

something magical, when it clearly isn't. It is an illusion, a deception of reality. It makes things blur away from what they really are. Seeing the room you are in distort Ya, and his is what people need to realize, they need to chill the fuck out, lay on their backs, and enjoy what is going on around them while they think about and consider their life choices thus far and where they are going in life... It's selfish to indulge in things of "want", not "necessity" being in an altered state of consciousness IS a necessity, monkeys, before humans, and even today, still get drunk, along with other species of animals becuase our mind DESIRES it, it NEEDS to explore different states of reality so that it can fully experience what is out there in life And i meant inner demons as a form of harming other people Side: HANG EM HIGH
Ya, and his is what people need to realize, they need to chill the fuck out, lay on their backs, and enjoy what is going on around them while they think about and consider their life choices thus far and where they are going in life... Then why did you say it was an expansion of consciousness? being in an altered state of consciousness IS a necessity, monkeys, before humans, and even today, still get drunk, along with other species of animals becuase our mind DESIRES it, it NEEDS to explore different states of reality so that it can fully experience what is out there in life I think you should read up just what the difference of need and want is. Drugs are no different to getting drunk. In fact, they are the same. Alcohol is a potent drug, that is unfortunately the cause of millions of deaths via car crash/ reckless behavior every year. You have forgotten about the consequences and dangers involved in people taking drugs, and how that makes drugs more important to remove than to keep. If you prefer lying lazily on the couch getting high on drugs over preventing those school kids in Africa to die, and then relating drugs to something of 'need' than of 'want' then you are incredibly wrong, in all aspects. Desire is a word of 'want' and you are misusing the word 'need'. Billions of people can survive without drugs, and actually not get cancer as much or get sick from it. Though thousands of people suffer physical/mental illness from taking drugs every day. Side: HANG EM HIGH

I said it was an expansionof consciousness because thats what expanding your consciousness is: thinking and connecting to everything dude the only dangerous drugs are meth, cocaine (soewhat) and bath salts and alcohol (somewhat) and deliriants (somewhat) I know alcohol is a drug, but not everyone who drinks realizes they are doing a pretty hard drug.... heroin, shrooms. peyote, DMT, weed, spice, acid, ecstasy and thats pretty much it are "safe drugs" because even though heroin, spice, and ecstasy are "bad" for you, its all about your mindset and what your intention is to do... What you are failing to realize is that while yes people can live without drugs, you are not really living until you experience an altered state of consciousness. noone desires to do drugs except for psychonauts (which i am one) bit even then, drugs are just a booster to your consciousness, you can have 1 intense trip off of whatever drug and then meditate for the rest of your life based off of that experience. Drugs are only an aid to pereceiving reality, not a necessity, And while i did say being in an altered state of consciousness is a necessiity, it os only required once. and on the cancer and mental illness thing, hash oil can destory cancer cells and drug use can help you with insight into your mental issues. Drugs have been used for 10,000 years and we just recently illegalized them in the last 100 years. thats a no bueno in my book Side: HANG EM HIGH
I said it was an expansionof consciousness because thats what expanding your consciousness is: thinking and connecting to everything And I said that it messed up the brain, and tricked our senses through multiple chemical compounds, producing false sights and sounds and illusions. dude the only dangerous drugs are meth, cocaine (soewhat) and bath salts and alcohol (somewhat) and deliriants (somewhat) They are all dangerous if they cause lack of co-ordination. Eg. Dangerous to drive a care. I know alcohol is a drug, but not everyone who drinks realizes they are doing a pretty hard drug.... heroin, shrooms. peyote, DMT, weed, spice, acid, ecstasy and thats pretty much it are "safe drugs" because even though heroin, spice, and ecstasy are "bad" for you, its all about your mindset and what your intention is to do... They can still bring a risk and danger into society. Just like alcohol, people taking these 'safe' drugs will end up sloppy, confused and could possibly hurt themselves or others. What you are failing to realize is that while yes people can live without drugs, you are not really living until you experience an altered state of consciousness. Again, it is a clouded state of conscious. It is a tricked brain from chemicals that mess up how it works. And this nullification of the senses have lead to countless deaths around the world. And while i did say being in an altered state of consciousness is a necessiity, it os only required once. Messing up the senses should no be required at all. and on the cancer and mental illness thing, hash oil can destory cancer cells and drug use can help you with insight into your mental issues. But it must be restricted into hospitals or prescription. Giving it out to the public would be too dangerous. Drugs have been used for 10,000 years and we just recently illegalized them in the last 100 years. thats a no bueno in my book Torture/flaying/hanging have been around for hundreds of years, and they've just been illegalized in the past few centuries. And I said that it messed up the brain, and tricked our senses through multiple chemical compounds, producing false sights and sounds and illusions. Thats half the fun! They are all dangerous if they cause lack of co-ordination. Eg. Dangerous to drive a care. simple, dont be an idiot. They can still bring a risk and danger into society. Just like alcohol, people taking these 'safe' drugs will end up sloppy, confused and could possibly hurt themselves or others. If the more "advanced" drugs were legalized noone would want to go out and commit crime they would want to sit around and trip out Again, it is a clouded state of conscious. It is a tricked brain from chemicals that mess up how it works. And this nullification of the senses have lead to countless deaths around the world. No, if you let it overtake you then ya, its clouded, but if you have self control you can have a pretty clear leveled head while under the influence Messing up the senses should no be required at all. animals do it, monkeys get drunk all the time, every culture throughout history has had some form of mind altering substance, why? Because people need a reality check. But it must be restricted into hospitals or prescription. Giving it out to the public would be too dangerous. Not really, i think it would be safer and smarter because then we could actually educate people on the benefits and how to control yourself, just like we have sex-ed, we need drug-ed too Torture/flaying/hanging have been around for hundreds of years, and they've just been illegalized in the past few centuries. Ya well torture is always going to be around, just like drugs always will be around, just because you illegalize something doesnt mean you stop it Side: HANG EM HIGH
