Yes, just from moving an agrarian economy to a industrial economy is a sign because collectively everyone relies on someone to get something else done. At work, someone cleans the bathroom while someone else sits in the corner office on the top floor. Yet, it is not totally a bad thing. Side: yes
The only reason I am in support of this resolution is because of the word "potentially". When you look at it everything has the potential to promote the decline of humanity and thus there is no way to say that technology can't, because technology has to be included in the grouping of "everything". Understood, but the title is to assume some level of assertion that technology does in fact affect humanity negatively while not becoming a declaration, for I, the creator of this debate, am hoping to attract both views to this debate.
