I think you'll find that's not entirely true (except the nowhere to go, but that's more Israel's fault). First of all, Palestinians didn't 'go to war' against Israeli's, it was the 5 neighbouring nations that instigated that conflict. Second of all, the Palestinian people are more than happy to work with Israel to bring about change, peacefully. 85% are interested in co-operation with Israel, 74% support peaceful negotiations or resistance to the same means, most oppose rockets being fired at Israel, 77% of Palestinians want to live in Israel (although I'm guessing they're referring to what is considered Palestine there). There are many examples of how your basic view of the Palestinians is incorrect. And remember, the US opinion on Islam is not far from as bad, when there has been little to no direct conflict, whilst Palestinians have a very legitimate reason to hate Israel.

Should they not let any of them in? The Wall is against the basic human rights, and assumes that every single Palestinian is guilty. This does not represent justice by any means.

Imagine if a group of Jewish people went into Palestinian territory. Do you think they would afford them the right to live in peace?

Imagine if the Palestinian military bombed the Jewish territories, or arrested Jews at random, or denied Palestinians access to their land. Wouldn't that be absolutely fucked up? And yes they would, I don't see anyone in the settlements being killed, in case you were wondering.

So the Palestinians, who had lived in Palestine for hundreds of years, should have happily accepted tens of thousands of Jews coming to their land, taking control of their country, and denying them basic human rights? Then there's also the Israeli reaction to the Palestinian demographic threat: can you imagine is 40% of Americans strongly supported their government 'encouraging' minorities to leave?

They would also be Israeli citizens living much better lives if Israel respected Palestinians, and gave them equal rights. Did you know that under the Israeli constitution, there is nothing about treating all religions, or races, equally? And I'm not even going to get into Israeli efforts to actively make Palestinians lives difficult, reducing their standard of living, in order to meet their own objectives.

Instead they roll around in the dirt plotting ways to kill more people, following hateful prophets, and being dicks in general. A lot of them at least.

When I asked someone online how the Jews got their land back if the UN treaty does not say Israel has a right to exist, they'll say they came in with an army. They did not have an army at the time. Btw, Jews aren't even allowed in any Arab country for centuries.

Do you know how many former CIA paid terrorists, warlords and murderers are currently given asylum in the US? e.g. Luis Posada Carriles who was a CIA agent and has been linked to many bombings and terrorist attacks, the exact number of civilians he responsible for killing is unknown, he is known to have masterminded the bombing of Cuban Passenger plane that resulted in the death of 73 people, he's currently given asylum in the us, the US looks after its own terrorists, warlords, and paid murderers. Especially ones that were as loyal and as useful as Carriles.

Imagine if one of the one them was assassinated in the dead of night on US soil by a Cuban, or Venezuelan death squad with the help of some US citizen, in fact, we don't need to guess, just look at Bradley Manning, he could face the death penalty for acting on his conscience and exposing US atrocities and terrorism in Iraq.

He didn't even really break any laws, what he expsoed was only handful of sanitised war crimes in Iraq, something that should have been reported anyway if the media functioned as intended.
