I say this because I have met some men in America who feel now that they are losing a certain promotion because the company wants to seem equal. Whats your opinion

It is this way in Canada. They are talking about forcing companies to put 40% women on their leadership. This is fundamentally wrong. Things should be based on skill. Men should not just stand there aether! What would women do if there was a law making companies have 40% men. The law would not matter much, but the women would go crazy. Side: Hell ya

Seriously? Do guys even have the right to bith about this? Women are still discriminated against to such severities by religious fundamentalists, traditionalists and other chauvinists. They are beaten, raped and told they deserve it. And western men whine about cheaper driving insurance and violence against women acts and so on. It seriously sickens me. Side: Wait, NO!!

I would hope it also sickens you when western women moan about being discriminated against? If not then your whole argument collapses. Also I would say whilst the western world as a whole is a better society for equality, that does not mean we are totally there. Women shouldn't get cheaper insurance just because they are women, men shouldn't get jobs just because they are men. These go both ways and there is a lot more we could do to improve our society to give everyone equality. Side: Hell ya
