Old people cost Canada a ton of money

Did you know that over half of all taxes paid go towards supporting old people? You cut that and suddenly you have a ton more than can be used to improve education systems, build parks. These old people are entitled, irresponsible, racist, biased, and mean. Why do we have to support them, when they are no longer capable of contributing to society? They are basically dead meat.

Put them out on the ice at night and let the polar bears eat them. You'll be doing yourself and the bears a favor. But you would be fucking over the old people though. Oh well... ;)

Retirees are more likely to encounter health issues, depression etc ...

What if you gave them the option of working or not working? Suddenly, you'd need less tax.

Gave them the option to end their life.

Put them in volunteer capacities for teaching in underprivileged communities.

Forced them to exercise to earn their benefits?

Suddenly, you'd save a ton!

The issue here is that more money is going towards them, rather than educating the next generation that will be running the country ... old people are the past, the youth are the future ... yet, the country puts so much money into a black hole ...

Old people are a BIG problem.

They start wars, young people fight them. Old people lie, young people get brain washed.

Old people inadequately prepare the new generation, the youth and old ppl suffer for it.

Old people's bias is responsible for everything from young people's biases, wars, pollution, youth poor work ethic etc ... young people are simply more important than old people, because they'll be operating the country after the old people disappear.

Young wiper snappers need old people to turn them into cynics. Otherwise the government will control them.

To avoid this preposterous situation continuing we must ensure people are not allowed to grow old. The cut off point should be 58 years of age, and that is being generous. At 58 the bodily functions have already reached an advanced stage of deterioration and the loss of bladder and bowel control means that we young trendies have to endure the foul stench of stale urine from the under garments of these withered up old rat bags not to mention those all too regular, nauseating, ''women and children first'' ''senior wind breaking moments''. Gas chambers should be disguised as early retirement homes with the dead bodies being sold as fertilizer to the local farming community. This would be a ''win, win situation, the farmers would be happy, the gobbling and guzzling classes would be happy, well up to their cut off age of 58.

I don't think people should be allowed to retire, unless they prepare for it. Why should lack of planning be rewarded? Health issues are due to people not taking care of their bodies ahead of times in many cases.

Making provision for one's retirement is prudent and such forward planning rewards the wise, providing the stock market, which determines the yield of investments, doesn't crash, as it did in 2008 resulting in 10's of 1000's losing most of their life's savings and leaving them with a paltry, almost worthless income .However, not everyone earns sufficient income to enable them to make a regular contribution towards the future, (not to mention those who spend their life claiming benefits), and have difficulty making ends meet on a day to day basis. Asserting that people , most of whom have spent their working lives contributing towards their state pension, is of course ridiculous as age erodes the body's mental and physical functions to a point where the cut and thrust of a business career, or a more manual occupation becomes nigh impossible, not to mention downright dangerous. A nation's degree of civilization can be assessed by the way they treat their sick and elderly. I support the view that free health care should have a priority ''sliding scale'' assessment process whereby those, such as smokers, drug abusers, ( including boozers), food abusers, i.e., fat wobbling slobs, and anyone whose chosen lifestyle contributes towards their state of ill health are positioned well down the list. Statements such as yours are fine, until you, or one of your loved ones find themselves in one or more of categories which you condemn.
