The Legalization for Recreational Use of Marijuana

Meh, I don't see why not. As far as I'm aware, weed is no worse than alcohol and nicotine, both of which are legal. So it should be painted with the same brush, if you catch my drift. Sending people to prison for pot but not the 2 aforementioned drugs seems like a waste of time and money. As far as I'm aware, pot makes one no more likely to commit crime if he were inebriated or craving a substance. I think the legalisation of pot is one of the first steps we should make in ending the fruitless war on drugs. So much money has been wasted throwing relatively harmless people into prison for using a drug identical to another which is legal. The government should wave the white flag and let people tkae the risks themselves. Side: yes
