Well communication holds the key,if you don't have the tactics to keep the conversation going and manipulate your counter-part to your style of conveying,you can never persuade him/her.It holds much significance for it starts a communication,a liaison,a correspondence. Side: Communication skills

It seems that the only way to make the point in this case is through exaggeration of said skills. A man of perfect communication versus a man of perfect persuausion. The ability to persuade is the penchant of leaders. Any where the ability to communicate will get a desired result, the ability to persuade the target will achieve the same results. While the same cannot be said vice-versa. Anything communication can do, persuasion can do better. Side: Persuasive tactics
